i) A deposit of 50% (of the total booking fee) is required to secure a booking with Silverski. The deposit must be received within 7 days of a booking confirmation, failing which, Silverski is under no obligation to honour the relevant booking.
ii) The balance of 50% (of the total booking fee) must be paid in full, 28 days prior to the date of arrival.
iii) Mastercard and VISA accepted. A Credit Card surcharge of 1.65% applies.
iv) Where a booking is made within the 28 days prior to date of arrival, the total accommodation fee is payable immediately.
v) Where a booking is cancelled before the 28-day period prior to the date of arrival, Silverski will refund the deposit amount received, less a cancellation fee of 10% unless a replacement booking is able to be confirmed at the same rate for the same dates.
vi) A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking as security.
vii) All damages to property will be charged to credit card of booking.
viii) Silverski is strictly non-smoking, smoking in rooms will incur a $250 cleaning excess fee.
ix) No amplified audio devices are to be taken into rooms.
x) If the rooms are left in an unacceptable mess or damage to property, a $250 excess cleaning fee will be charged.
Please bring the following documents to proceed to your check-in:
- Valid credit card.
- Valid ID document. (Compulsory for our internationals guests.)
If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check-in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:
- Printed Reservation Confirmation.
- Valid credit card used for the reservation.
- Valid ID of the person who booked the room
For security and guest privacy reasons, we won’t be able to let your guest(s) check in without at least one of these documents.

To ensure everyone has a great time, please be considerate of other guests in the building if you’re staying up late and note Booking Condition viii: Silverski does not tolerate misuse of its rooms, common areas or bathrooms. Any excessive untidiness, dirt, food or waste left in rooms will incur a $250 cleaning excess. Billing for excess is wholly at the discretion of Silverski.
Silverski Cancellation Policy
Cancelations made before June 1, 2024 will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a 10% administration fee. No refund will be available after June 1, 2024.
